Short stories on themes of borders, boundaries and belonging at Birmingham Literature Festival (Spring Edition).
Birmingham Literature Festival Spring Edition is delighted to be launching Dividing Lines, an anthology of stories written by winners of The Asian Writer Short Story Prize. The prize exists to discover and recognise the very best new writing emerging from Asian writers.
Four of the shortlisted writers – Meera Betab, Farhana Khalique, Serena Patel and Ashok Patel – will read from their stories, and then be in conversation with broadcaster and journalist, Bidisha.
Dividing Lines is published by Dahlia Publishing and edited by Farhana Shaikh with a foreword by CG Menon.
