Make friends, learn a new skill and discover your inner creativity in a series of free workshops at Dolphin Women's Centre.
Sampad are offering free creative workshops to women who live in and around the Ward End and Washwood Heath areas of Birmingham, in partnership with Birmingham Mind and Dolphin Women’s Centre. Workshops will take place May to November, as part of a bigger project called Create & Change.
You don’t need to have any experience, as the workshops are designed to teach you something new! There are workshops available in film-making, photography, drama, arts and crafts.
The next workshops at The Dolphin Centre are:
Take part in film-making workshops with a professional film-maker that will teach you how to use a camera, shoot footage and edit your own film

Wednesday 5 September 2018, 10am-1pm
Thursday 6 September 2018, 10am-1pm
Work with a professional artist who will teach you how to design and produce your own unique jewellery pieces

Work with a professional artist to create your own unique piece of work
Wednesday 19 September 2018, 10am-1pm
Thursday 20 September 2018, 10am-1pm

- Share what you created at a community celebration in November
