Dance Leaders Group Networking Event

Sampad has recently been appointed to lead a Dance Leaders Group (DLG) Hub focussed on South Asian dance. Join us for our first networking event where you can meet the team and find out more about DLG and what it can offer you. We will also be offering a tour of the Core Creatives Space which is open to join if you live and/or work in Solihull and has state of art computer facilities, workshop space and meeting rooms which are free to access for members. So come along and network with other dancers and dance leaders in the region.

Our first DLG Networking Event is part of a whole afternoon and evening of dance we are producing on Tuesday 7th November at The Core Theatre, Solihull and we would love you to join us there from 4pm.

The day kicks off with our PRO GATI Round Table from 4pm – 5.30pm. This discussion event will interrogate what the advantages are in working with producers and what skills are required to self produce. It is an opportunity for you to also contribute to this debate. Then we will host the Dance Leaders Group Networking Event from 5.30pm – 6.30pm.

This will be followed by evening performance From Tradition to Modernity, an Evening of Indian Dance at 7pm which features performances by Shriya Sharma, Mohika Shankar, Prem Rai and Lakshmi Srinivasan.
