Let’s Dance!

A fun filled hour of gentle movement sessions, seated or standing.

    Each weekly workshop is co-led by an experienced practitioner and a ‘shadow’ practitioner, ensuring personalised attention and support for all participants. Our sessions cater to various mobility levels, so whether you are fully mobile or require some assistance, there’s a place in our dance circle for all.
