Lori – A World of Lullabies 2026

Step into the magical world of Lori. An interactive performance for 2-6 year olds (EYFS & Year 1) using storytelling, dance and music.

Inspired by Sampad’s book of multi-lingual lullabies, children aged 2-6 can now enjoy this live, interactive experience filled with dance and storytelling. Touring nurseries and schools, the performance lasts 40 minutes and features a Sampad dancer-storyteller. It is suitable for one class (maximum 30 children) at a time.

Lori (Lullaby in Hindi) uses South Asian lullaby music to transport children into a world of imagination. It is the perfect way to enhance and enrich learning, building creativity and understanding through movement, music and language.

Alongside the performance, nurseries and schools will also receive a copy of the Lori picture book and CD. The book compiles traditional lullabies in Hindi, Punjabi, Bengali, Brij/Urdu and Gujarati.

The next Lori tour will begin on Monday 18th May until Friday 22nd May. We have some availability on Tuesday 19th, Wednesday 20th and Thursday 21st.
