Creative Leadership and Cultural Identity Programme
This inspiring and practical programme is designed specifically for Year 9 and Year 10 students, supporting schools to strengthen careers education, personal development and progression pathways through creativity and cultural learning. Across six weekly 90-minute sessions, students develop confidence, leadership, communication and teamwork skills through drama, storytelling, spoken word, reflection and South Asian arts and culture.
Through creative group challenges, performance activities and ‘Dragon’s Den’-style project development, students are encouraged to understand the value they bring to the world, communicate their ideas with confidence and think critically about leadership, ambition and social change.
The programme also introduces students to the work of and the wider creative industries, helping young people explore future pathways within arts, culture and community leadership.
